FAQS

“I just want a website.”

Perfect. We’ll build it with care and clarity — ready for promotion whenever you are.
Plus, every Build includes a free fundamental consultancy to ensure your site is aligned with your goals.

“Can I purchase services individually, outside the Journey?”

Yes, every service can be hired on its own. The Journey simply reflects how we think and work best.

“What makes the Journey different from hiring another agency?”

Successful sites don’t just go live. They grow!
The Journey is how we make that growth intentional, structured, and real.

“Can I evolve over time instead of launching everything at once?”

Absolutely. The Journey isn’t a package — it’s a vision of how successful sites grow.
You can start from any stage, and we’ll help you refine and evolve your project, wherever it is now.

How long does each stage take?

It depends on the scope, but most clients complete Plan in 1–2 weeks, Build in 4–6 weeks, and Promote is continuous. We adapt to your pace and priorities.

Do I need to provide all the content?

Not necessarily. We can create, refine, or organize it for you, or work with what you already have. You’ll always have the final word.

Can I involve my team in the process?

Absolutely. We welcome collaboration — especially when everyone brings clarity. We guide the process to keep it focused, productive, and aligned with your goals.

What if someone from my team (or marketing) has strong feedback?

We welcome input — especially during the Plan phase, where strategy is shaped together. Once we move into Build, we follow what was approved, and validate adjustments through structured reviews, not impulse changes. Good feedback is powerful in the right moment.

I don’t need consultancy — I already know what I want.
Great.

You still get a strategic session, free of charge. It’s our way of adding value, and making sure we’re 100% aligned before we build.
