This guide is for Ei! customers whose project includes Google services such as Analytics, Search Console, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and others. To configure and manage these services properly, Ei! requires access to a dedicated Google account, separate from your personal Gmail, created specifically for your project.
This account is yours. Always.
Ownership never transfers to Ei!. However, depending on the management model you select in Step 3, Ei! may operate as the primary manager during the project, which means your day-to-day access to the account may be limited while work is in progress. Full control returns to you at the end of the project or upon request.
Step 1: Choose your Gmail address
Go to accounts.google.com/signup and create a new account. When choosing your Gmail address, pick something that represents your business, not a person and that will still make sense years from now.
Some examples:
- [brand]@gmail.com
- [brand].ads@gmail.com
- [brand].analytics@gmail.com
- [brand].marketing@gmail.com
Anything you choose will do. When in doubt, go brand-oriented, it is easier to manage long-term.
Step 2: Complete the setup
Follow Google’s sign-up steps. A few things to keep in mind along the way:
Add your personal email as recovery. When Google asks for a recovery email, use your personal address. This ensures you can always regain access to the account, independently of Ei! or anyone else.
Skip two-factor authentication for now. If Google offers to set up 2FA during sign-up, skip it. Ei! will configure this with you properly once we have access. Setting it up at the wrong moment can interrupt the onboarding process.
No extras. Do not add payment methods, do not sign up for additional Google services, and do not grant access to other apps. Provide only what Google explicitly requires to complete registration. Ei! will handle the rest.
Step 3: Send us the access details
Once the account is created, fill in the form below. We will take it from there.
What happens next
After receiving your details, Ei! will secure the account, set up two-factor authentication, and connect the Google services included in your project. We will confirm with you before anything goes live.
Your credentials are handled securely by Ei! and are not stored as part of any public-facing documentation.
